Still Exploring

Today the serger was unpacked, set up and used for the first time here in my new sewing space.  AND ... I had all the parts and thread and it worked just great!  A bag was produced and will be gifted to a knitting friend tonight.  I knit on Wednesday evenings at Barnes and Noble.

A little more Bargello was also happening.

I've been playing with small pieces, trying out different color combinations - light to dark to light, light to dark, etc.  they all measure about 15"x20". I do seem to have a lot of green strips. So far, I have not cut yardage.

There will some quilting going on ... soon.
