Just Some Stuff

The weather is cooling off. Time for shoes and socks. - I hate giving up my sandals but I do love wearing my hand knit socks. They all go into the washing machine but I hang them to dry. They even look good hanging!

I finished the quilting on my September UFO. Had a few spare minutes and an empty frame so I loaded it. That makes such a difference for me. Once loaded, it seems to get quilted quicker - I can do a few minutes (or an hour) whenever I can squeeze it in and suddenly - it's DONE. It does need a binding - maybe next week.

I'm heading off on a retreat weekend! Got the bags packed and am leaving in an hour! It's gonna be fun.
