Rangley Stars

This quilt was started in 2009 ... a Deb Tucker class that I didn't get to attend.

Over the years, I worked on it - at retreats, at home, sometimes it went to retreat and stayed in the basket.  FINALLY - at my guild's February retreat 2015 - I finished the top.  Yes, it's smaller than planned.  I was DONE making these blocks.  Suddenly, a nice couch-sized quilt was exactly what I needed.

And the very-pink flannel fabric had a home.  Sure do wish I remember WHY I had 4 yards of very-pink flannel.

How the heck can a quilter accurately answer the question, "How long does it take to make a quilt?"

                                                6 years?

That's how long this one took.

FINISHED - it feels great!
