A start ... quick and easy wall hanging - Winter Birds, from a Nancy Halvorsen book. It still needs some machine appliqué and of course some quilting and binding. I love the birds, the pop of color is perfect.
And ... a finish!
It's called Steeplechase from Essential Gems. A nice couch quilt size with a really soft fleece backing. Where is it going? It will be on display at Spring Water Designs for as long as we have the fabric available. Then? Perhaps a Christmas gift for a certain Steelers-obsessed grandie.
