Monday Finish

This lovely quilt was pieced by my friend, Elfrieda and quilted by me. 

As often happens - the photo does not do justice to the colors of this quilt.  It is so sunny and pretty.  I used invisible thread on the blocks.  I did not want thread competing with the pretty flowers.  I used a variegated purple and did a feather vine on the border.  Still a bit rough on my feathers but I definitely think I'm getting better.

This quilt will be donated to our guild for the annual Quilt BINGO in October.
