Deja Vu

A sad sad day for me.  I finally put my million $ sweater on waste yarn so I could try it on.

The whole time I've been working THIS version of sweater, I kept thinking - it seems big.  But I used to be big so I just kept knitting along happily.  I love the pattern - Pippi by c2knits.  Easy to follow, seamless, top down.  I was just chugging along. It was easily a good 4" too big around.

And now?

All wound up and back to the beginning - again.

This is the 4th time I will be starting a sweater with this yarn.  I've certainly gotten my money's worth from this purchase!

For now, the whole thing is back in the pretty knitting bag. It will be "resting" while I move on to something else for awhile.  Someday - maybe in the fall, I will get it all back out and try again.
