Bee Blocks

Today was a break from Nearly Insane. I decided to put those teeny tiny pieces aside for the day. Instead, I made some birthday blocks for 2 friends in my Bee. One wanted indigo and white and the other wanted cherry red and white.

The blue and white was easy - I still had lots of blue scraps out on the table from my blue trees blocks. The red? Oh dear - I really love how these turned out. I just might have to make myself a red scrappy quilt. Add it to the never-ending list.

Aside from my quilt guild, I belong to a couple of smaller "bees." There is some overlap in our membership but each group is slightly different - in focus, purpose and time commitment. The birthday blocks are for my NewBee group. Each of us picked a color theme and the other members make blocks for us during our birthday month. The size range is in increments of 3", up to a 12"x12" block. We make an equivalent of 2 blocks - 12"x12". There were 2 birthdays in March.

Tomorrow - back to Nearly Insane.

Sombrero in the Tampica area of Mexico, from which sounds resembling those made by 'hydroelectric generating equipment' can
be heard. They don't typically talk about love and relationships. Two of the parks boast covered bulletin board areas for posting about lost dogs and other canine related news.

No matter how many web pros have put out good tutorials on web
design, people (including businesses) still create annoying websites.
Some of this will depend on what your site is about and how much you want it to do.
there was an increased need to consistently maintain and revamp internet sites to home for such expansion
and demands.
