After saving this yarn for "something special", it finally dawned on me that everything I do with yarn feels special. Even the stuff that doesn't turn out the way I'd hoped - like finished or fitting. So, the other night, I went on a dyeing binge. I only had 7 skeins of naked sock yarn but I had plenty of Kool Aide.
Each is a unique creation. I would love to make 7 more pairs of socks, just to see how it will knit up. But, I have soooo much sock yarn taking up space in my sewing room. I think I'm going to offer it for sale at my guild quilt show next month. If it doesn't sell - more socks for me!

Beautiful yarns, I have never made socks.
I have knitted, made one nice sweater, once, lol.
I do have a knitting machine, but never use it, just sitting in the box. I saw a little knitter in jo anns, said it made socks, do those really work?
