While in Florida over Christmas, I had a little down time. I had knitting time, and sewing time, and visiting time too. During my "down" time, I squared up some half-square triangles. There were 110 of them, all pieced from leftovers, all different sizes - cut offs from other piecing projects. I've always saved these and used them as "sew-offs", or as Bonnie Hunter calls them - leader/enders. My giant pretzel jar is slowly filling. Someday, I plan to make a quilt that is made entirely of bonus blocks.
