My friend Olive loves scraps quilts almost as much as I do!
She pieced this top and I quilted it.
This is such a great stash buster. I don't know if she followed a pattern or just started making blocks but I love it! It looks like it might be a Bonnie Hunter design.
When I'm quilting a scrap quilt, I love the surprise of revealing the next section and seeing fabrics I haven't seen in years. Often, I still have some of these fabrics in my stash. It's like seeing an old friend.
This week - I really need to visit with some of my old fabric friends!
