Just spent a week at Machine Quilter's Expo in Providence, RI.  There's a heck of lot going on the QUILTING world!

The focus was the quilting, not the piecing - although there certainly was some amazing piecing too.

Once again - the photo doesn't do it justice but this scrappy quilt was beautiful ...

I loved that the quilting wasn't overwhelming ...

The colors on this one were great.  This pattern IS on my list ... and someday it will make it's way to the top of that list.

Very pretty! I loved the way the little teeny sashing breaks up the overall design.

Now ... this is MY kind of Baltimore album.  I think I could actually make something like this.

The best part of the trip?  ...   Saturday night - sleeping in my own bed!
