BUSY WORK

Today it's dreary outside - damp and chilly ... a fairly typical early spring day.

BLAH !

I did plant some pansies this weekend. A little color is a pleasant sight.

I spent the day finishing up lots of little chores for the Southern Comforters Quilt Show.  It's this coming weekend.  I labelled a quilt, stitched on a sleeve, made some lists, got my lecture notes together, lots of busy things that don't require much creative thought and don't provide much creative satisfaction.

I did make some fun, springy - Cup Cozies.

From my chair in our family room, where I'm surrounded by kitties and knitting, I can see this ...

And it makes me smile!
