A COUPLE OF GOODIES FROM VT

While visiting my sister in VT, I found a new quilt shop ... well - new to me.  The Waterwheel House has been open for over a year.  I love my sister but now I have another reason to visit her ... this is a wonderful shop - great variety of fabrics and lots of wool.  I picked up this cute little kit (on sale!!).  I'm going to try to use this thread on my sewing machine.  I'll keep you posted on how it works.

And ... we never go to VT without a stop at Six Loose Ladies.  It's an amazing fiber arts store run by 6 artists who each have a specialty ... there's spinning and felting and weaving and lots of knitting.  Not exactly sure what I'm going to make with this yarn.  It's so soft, I might just hold it.

If you haven't already ... check out my post from yesterday!

I love the name of the shop "Six Loose Ladies", how fun they must be and it sounds like a shop I would love. Hope your weekend has been a good one. Hugs...
