QUILTS FOR FALL

Finally got the autumn quilts out of hiding.  The weather has been in the 50's and 60's and it IS October.  This little wool quilt was started in summer 2009 and finally finished yesterday!  Apparently, I do NOT rush my seasonal quilting.
This one was started (and finished) 3 years ago.  It was made entirely of scraps that were saved from the trash bin.  When I worked at a quilt shop - I was also salvaging the rubbish.

I have this great little powder room that always gets seasonal quilts.  How many bloggers actually show pictures of their bathroom?

And last, but not least ... this one is hanging in my kitchen.  I love the primitive look.
There was SO much response for my giveaway!  What a surprise! I'll be drawing this week - there's still time to enter.  By the way ... many people have commented on my tablerunner.  There is no specific pattern for the spiral waltz runner.  There are directions for making that technique included with the 9 degree wedge ruler.  Check your local quilt shop or you can order directly from Marilyn Doheny.

Beautiful appliqued pieces. I love the design on the second one, can you tell me what pattern that is?
